Thirty, Flirty & Thriving
Dear 20s you brought so much joy to my life. I met my best friends and husband through you. You also made me a mommy. I got to travel with family and friends to a few of my favorite places. There are so many reasons why I loved my 20s but I'm looking forward to this new decade and chapter in my life and joining the 30 club!
I celebrated my birthday this past weekend with my close family and friends. My husband took me to a beautiful dinner at the Signature Room in the John Hancock building. We got to see the warm city sunset while enjoying dinner. It was nice to have my hubby time too.
Part 2 of my birthday celebrations were at Pinstripes, where we had a nice intimate brunch gathering with my close family and friends. It was nice to have the people I love in one room. It's a great thing to hit 30 and look around and know I have been able to cultivate a good support system. Life just isn't as enjoyable if you don't have good people around you to share your experiences with. I got pretty lucky.
My tuxedo dress is a few years old, I found this dress and just had to have it but never found the right time to wear it. It's a C/MEO Collective dress. As for my brunch outfit, the top is linked below and is from Lulu's and my skirt I found at burlington coat factory! I have similar outfits linked below. I have my exact necklace linked too!
Here are a few of the gifts I got, the sandals and earrings are slightly different however.
Here's my exact top from brunch:
